AI Governance for Financial Institutions

Financial institutions are adopting AI in environments where customer impact, model risk, accountability, regulation, and operational resilience require particularly strong governance.

Project premise

This project develops a practical governance framework for AI used across decision-making, oversight, operations, and customer-facing services. It examines how authority, evidence, escalation, testing, documentation, and human accountability should change as AI systems become more capable and autonomous.

Eolais incubation role

Eolais integrates legal, organisational, risk, technology, and management perspectives into an applied framework that institutions use to structure discussion and assessment. Incubation focuses on making governance operational: connecting principles to decisions, roles, controls, and observable evidence.
