Project premise
This project examines how weather and climate signals can be translated into useful health warnings and operational actions. It compares thresholds, risk communication, vulnerable-population identification, and the links between meteorological information and healthcare or community response.
Eolais incubation role
Eolais connects climate and weather expertise with healthcare, communication, and service-design perspectives. The incubated framework helps institutions move beyond generic heat alerts toward evidence-based warning systems that specify who is at risk, what action is appropriate, and how effectiveness is evaluated.
