Regional Clinical Access Mapping explores how service locations, travel burden, population needs, digital access, and referral structures can be combined to reveal practical care gaps. The project focuses on the experience of reaching care rather than relying solely on administrative measures of service availability.
Eolais incubation role
Eolais develops the analytical framework, defines comparative indicators, and works with partners to translate mapping into service-design choices. The output is a decision tool that supports conversations about where digital delivery, outreach, transport, or new service capacity has the greatest practical effect.
