Project premise
The Workforce Transition Lab investigates how institutions can identify changing task structures, determine which capabilities remain distinctly human, and redesign learning around effective human-AI collaboration. It treats AI adoption as an organisational and educational problem, not simply a tool-training exercise.
Eolais incubation role
Eolais combines research, executive advisory, learning design, and incubation to create applied frameworks that institutions test. The project connects employers, educators, and learners around evidence of how work is changing and which new forms of competence require development and assessment.
